Dear Teenage Advice Page,
I'm a rabbit called Benjy. I'm eight years old and I'm from Animal Country. I'm on the way home, but there is a problem I need your help with. I'm so young that I can't carry more than three carrots at on time. But today is Father's Day and I want to do something special for my Dad. I really need to carry five carrots, for a special treat. It's late, so I have no time to do two trips. Please help me - I don't want my Dad to be disappointed!
Take Care, Benjy
The advice was equally imaginative...
Dear Benjy,
I have three pieces of advice for you:
- Just carry three carrot seeds to your home and plant them in the soil. Tell your Father that his gift is in the soil. In a few weeks they will grow and give him many carrots. This will make you gift more interesting and your Dad will get more than five carrots.
- You can look for some thin twigs and use them as rollers for your carrots. This will save you energy and it should be great fun, too!
- Ring up some friends on your rabbitphone. I'm sure they will help you carry some carrots. But don't tell your Father as it's not very honest.
Yours, Teenage Advice Page
